How does it work?
Choose your design and size, upload one photo of your pet, and place your order. We then email you your finished design to review. Ask for any changes you would like, and once you approve it we print it on gallery-wrapped canvas and ship it to you.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and coat are easy to see works best. An everyday phone picture is perfectly fine. We keep their real face and markings exactly as they are, and paint only the scene around them.
What sizes are available, and is it ready to hang?
Three square gallery-wrapped sizes: 10 × 10", 14 × 14" and 18 × 18". Each arrives as a thick, ready-to-hang canvas with the image wrapped around the edges, so no framing or extra hardware is needed.
What if the portrait isn't quite right?
We email your finished design to you before anything is printed. Ask for any changes you would like, and if it still is not right within 30 days we will make it right with a reprint or a refund.
